Donna’s passion for the hospitality industry began as a small child as she watched her grandparents, father, aunts and uncles all run several restaurants throughout the country. It was her father that always told her, “Customer is king.” With this in mind, she soon developed the necessary skills to make this mantra her way of thinking and way of life in the business.
Donna has spent the last 13 years in the spa industry, working her way from back of house to front of house to heart of house. Her hard-work and dedication has landed her the honor to work in some of the most prestigious spa settings in the world. As a licensed esthetician, skincare was her first love while discovering adoration for luxury hotels and brands.
Donna started at a conference resort in Scottsdale as a Spa & Recreation Assistant, soon to join opening teams as a trainer for flagship stores and spas, such as Hyatt, Bloomingdale’s, the Four Seasons, and Benefit Cosmetics. While living in Los Angeles, Donna’s clientele included celebrity and professional athletes, providing treatments at both the Beverly Wilshire and The W Hotel Los Angeles. Donna moved to Denver in January of 2015 and is loving every moment of exploring this new city and what is has to offer.
